What Avocado Does For the Hair
Since this fruit is full of healthy fats, protein and vitamins; when used topically as a mask it provides both moisture and strength to dry, damaged hair. The oils and vitamins from the fruit contain repairative properties that heal the skin and encourage cell turnover, which is important if you’ve struggled with scalp problems such as dandruff and psoriasis.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DEEP CONDITIONING, HAIR MASK & HAIR TREATMENT

Many recipes suggest that you ‘mash’ the avocado, but as we ALL know, ain’t nobody got time to be picking avocado lumps out of their hair 3 days later…so I’d suggest using a blender or food processor.
