Retinol Moisturizer with Vitamin C Review

Retinol Moisturizer with Vitamin C

As my holidays were busy, this post took longer to write than expected.  I just took the time to really get to know this product because I had to wait for my skin to calm down (I have super sensitive skin) before trying it to determine how well it would actually work. I am always open to new products for most things but when it comes to my face I am quite leery.  Nonetheless, I was eager to see if this was a good fit for a moisturizer.

InstaNatural’s Retinol Moisturizer contains a robust formula of handpicked ingredients designed to transform older, damaged skin into a healthier and youthful appearance. Retinol is a powerful antioxidant derived from Vitamin A, one of the strongest and most trusted ingredients for anti-aging skin care. Once absorbed, Retinol is converted into Retinoic Acid, which starts working to help restore skin and diminish the appearance of sun damage and signs of aging, such as wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, hyperpigmentation, rough texture, and more.

Vitamin C – another powerful antioxidant – works synergistically to aid in this process of battling early signs of aging, as well as repairing existing damage to promote healthier skin.

Simultaneously, Hyaluronic Acid, Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter and Green Tea deliver premium nourishment and hydration to keep your skin moisturized. This intensive moisturizing cream is the perfect addition to your regimen to restore and renew firmness, elasticity and thickness of the skin for a flawless and radiant complexion.

I must admit I did not care for this product.  For one, it dried my face out…bad! Two, I did not care for the smell and three I did not feel the benefits of the jojoba oil or green tea.  It was not moisturizing enough for me and a moisturizer is supposed to moisturize.

I didn’t break out (which was a blessing) but I suffered dry skin and ended up just moisturizing with my simple jojoba oil like in the past with no incidents of break-outs.  For that reason it received 2 stars over 1.  Also, I know I have sensitive skin so this may work for others better than it worked for me but you may want to be aware it may be a tad bit drying especially if you are used to other moisturizers.

When buying skin care products, always read the label carefully. The fewer the number of ingredients in the product, the healthier it is for your skin. Products that have more natural ingredients instead of pharmaceuticals and chemicals are less likely to cause allergic reactions, unwanted irritation, or other rebound effects. read more at http://www.skinwhiteningproducts.info/black-and-white-bleaching-cream/
