I am a year-round wash and go (wng) naturalista! I can find the love and perfect the wash and go in any season. Before you squawk, realize I live in Denver and we get all four seasons (sometimes all in the same week), so I just tailor my wng according to the weather and my mood. It is super cold out, and as we continue to break cold weather records I may alter my style to accommodate the below 20 temps, but for the majority of winter I am rocking my wng with my own regimen that works for me. After trying and loving the Curly Girl Method for almost two years ago, I know how to gain ultimate moisture, length retention, and frizz-free coils in any season.

Using a wig brush on a wig is okay, but I suggest using a METAL WIDE TOOTH COMB. Refrain from http://www.vohair.com pulling the comb forcefully through the tangles. Pulling will not only short ombre hairstyles pull the hair off of the "tracks" of the wig but the pulling. Spray your wig with a light oil sheen to restore luster that was lost while getting rid of the tangles. For straight styles brush in long, even, gentle strokes. Starting at the bottom, chinese hair gently comb the hair using a downward motion, with a wide-tooth comb or finger style.
