Product Review – 2-Lite-Creations Amazingly Lite Earrings

I ran across 2-Lite-Creations when I was trolling my sister blogger sites as I do on most days.  I saw these earrings (My Flower) and fell INSTANTLY in love!  They looked silver (which I LOVE) and they were pretty.  I was determined to buy a pair even before I found out if they were light or not and the price was only $20.00 so I said what the hey…just buy ém.

“Tracey and Kelley, the designers of 2 Lite Creations, use jewelry to express their artistic creativity. They believe their ear creations provoke conversation when worn.  They use light aluminum and leather in their designs. The  ultimate goal is to make a person’s face smile with just the right piece of jewelry.  Some of their earrings are unique, some are labeled as exclusive because they cannot remember how it was designed. When the mood strikes them, they create designs in familiar and recognizable shapes with some in the form of beautiful flowers, diamonds, spirals and clef notes.  They enjoy creating these unusual pieces.”

“Tracey and Kelley are identical twins and raised in Queens, Tracey and Kelley’s  interest in jewelry design began in 2009, when they both decided to  shave their heads bald, to embrace their natural hair texture for the first time since they were young girls”. 2-Lite-Creations

They weren’t made out of silver but they looked silver and that was enough for me.  I was hesitant (only for a short while) since they LOOKED heavy but I was determined to get them since they were sooooo pretty!  When the package came (I had forgotten I bought them) I picked it up I was wondering what was in it since it was so light.  I was pleasantly surprised to see my earrings in some tissue paper light as a feather and gorgeous!!!

They are beautiful!!  Just gorgeous and light as a feather…no lie!  I got the medium size (they come in sm, md, and lg.) and put them on immediately!  They didn’t come with a earring back but I have a ton of those so I had no worries.  I knew I had to get more.

2-Lite-Creations Amazingly Lite Earrings *****

Oh, yes I will be buying these again.  They have several styles and designs from Serenity circles and drops to poinsettias and honey combs. Here are a few below:

The square maze
The free flow

I HAVE GOT to get some others and even thinking about asking if they could PLEASE make me a Fleur De Lis as I miss and love New Orleans and wear Fleur De Lis jewelry all the time.  They do not feel fragile so I don’t worry about breaking them and my only wish is they had their own backs since I wear all my earrings with backs.  That may not even be a concern for many anyway.  The prices range from $15.00 to $20.00 so not expensive at all if you consider how they are made by some very lovely Natural ladies who love what they do.

Well, I’ve ALSO got some great news!  Kelley and Tracey have decided to sponsor a giveaway with me for two pairs of their lovely earrings!  It starts tomorrow and all the information will be in tomorrow’s post on how to enter.  I’m too excited about sharing these lovely earrings with you Naturals, and appreciate their desire to be a part of this giveaway.  Don’t forget to come back tomorrow to enter!!

Take care Naturals,

Sabrina
