I’ve decided to lose this weight that I’ve been dragging around with me long enough! I feel that since I put SO much time and energy into my blog that it would be a wonderful idea to incorporate the two. I’ve created a new feature:
This is a space for me (and you) to discuss fitness, healthy eating, healthy living and a place to discuss your fitness successes, plan or struggle. A space for the older woman who knows just how difficult it can be when you add family, job, kids, work, social commitments and a host of other responsiblities we take on while neglecting ourselves.
So, I’ll start next week but I want you to share with me your fitness secrets, goals, milestones, dreams and successes as we all move towards a happier, healthier lifestyle.
