Now, of course it’s explained as technical as one can get above but to women….it’s much more than ‘flexible protein strands’…
Hair is an extension of our personality, our style, our being a woman. It can make a statement. It can become a shield. It can open the eyes of riducule as easily as it can close the minds of disgust. It’s more than protein strands so having such a strong opinion on wearing it natural for black women is important enough to find hundred if not THOUSANDS of blogs just on it.
Hair is more than a four letter word.
