Fitness Fridays - A new feature for you and me


I've decided to lose this weight that I've been dragging around with me long enough!  I feel that since I put SO much time and energy into my blog that it would be a wonderful idea to incorporate the two.  I've created a new feature:

Fitness Fridays!

This is a space for me (and you) to discuss fitness, healthy eating, healthy living and a place to discuss your fitness successes, plan or struggle.  A space for the older woman who knows just how difficult it can be when you add family, job, kids, work, social commitments and a host of other responsiblities  we take on while neglecting ourselves.  

So, I'll start next week but I want you to share with me your fitness secrets, goals, milestones, dreams and successes as we all move towards a happier, healthier lifestyle.

  2. Best wishes for you on your journey. My wake up call was when my sister told me, you looking at labels of hair products but you eating anything. Is your HAIR more important than your HEALTH???
